QA Supervisor Healthcare - Shasta Lake, CA

THIS POSITION REQUIRES ON-SITE WORK FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY

As a QA Supervisor Healthcare at UPS, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our Healthcare Logistics & Distribution operations.

Key Responsibilities


As a Quality Assurance (QA) Supervisor Healthcare, you will communicate UPS' quality policies and objectives and ensure their implementation and maintenance at a local level.

You will also provide support to ensure compliance with local and regional legal requirements and regulatory authorities.

This role will be within our Healthcare Logistics & Distribution (HLD) division, which provides distribution and transportation services for customers in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.

A crucial aspect of this role is promoting a Quality Culture within UPS HLD.

This includes staying up-to-date on healthcare quality regulations and assessing risks associated with the storage and transportation of healthcare products, and communicating these risks to higher management.


On a typical day, you will be responsible for assessing and maintaining quality documents in our Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with EU GDP/GMP and ISO 9001/ISO 13485 requirements.
