Description
We are currently seeking a full-time employee for our client in Aichach/Dasing, Champlin, MN for the position of
Factory Grounds Coordinator (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
Your responsibilities:
- You will monitor compliance with the factory rules and regulations
- You will be responsible for the timely provision of swap bodies for loading and unloading according to the schedules
- You will create internal movements and assign tasks to the shunting service and handling staff using an IT system
- Based on the current incoming and outgoing traffic, you will coordinate the parking and collection of units in connection with the gate
- You will create and communicate the unloading sequence, especially in relation to prioritized means of transport
- You will conduct the swap body inventory and accompany dangerous goods checks
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training
- High IT affinity and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new IT systems
- Good knowledge of German
- High resilience and assertiveness
- Independent action and flexibility
- Good communication skills
- Structured and goaloriented way of working
- Organizational skills
- Willingness to work shifts and Saturdays
