THE ROLE:

The Division Sales Coordinator is responsible for facilitating the day to day activities of the sales team bridging both Buy and Build teams.

The primary responsibilities include administrative responsibilities, capturing and tracking all items and needed follow up ensuring items are moved through to closure.


DAY IN THE LIFE:


  • Effectively captures customer traffic into viable sales prospects by answering basic creating desire for internet customers to speak with designated Sales Agents
  • Qualifies prospective customers based on desired home building location(s), timing for purchase, and availability of new homes as needed.
  • Collaborates with the sales team to set targets and goals for the week, month, and year.
  • Utilizes data to measure KPIs to track performance.
  • Tracks all projects in the sales pipeline to assist in moving through each stage and alerts the team when not meeting established timeframes.
  • Responsible for organizing, preparing, setting up, and supporting all events including community events.
  • Maintains all supplies and sales collateral using all corporate approved materials.
  • Schedules Design Studio appointments for prospective buyers and ensures the internal stakeholders meet commitments.
  • Provides the information and tools needed to assist the sales team to be able to present Buy + Build deal points to decision makers.
  • Works with the team members to follow up and obtain any needed information or support to help overcome any final objections or barriers to the prospective buyer executing the contract.
  • Assists the Build Experience team to provide a successful onboarding process for the new Buy + Build clients.
  • Provides support to the Asset Specialist preparing for open houses and other directtoconsumer marketing events with materials, collateral, and followup items to ensure a timely response.
  • Supports sales team to prepare for the presentation to brokers on TJH offering.
  • Enters lead information, tracks, and follows up after events such as: BUILD Events, Community Fairs, and Open Houses.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:


  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 12 years of real estate or homebuilding experience
  • Real Estate license helpful
  • Valid Driver's License

WHAT WILL SET YOU A PART:

  • Demonstrates the ability to appropriately handle client relations in a professional manner.
  • Able to support the sales team through the client entire sales process providing the sales team with the needed tools and collateral and able to capture key information in the system and track and follow up.
  • Demonstrates great attention to detail and takes ownership of essential duties and responsibilities.

ELIGIBILITY TO APPLY:


  • Has been in present position for at least one year.
  • No corrective action or performance improvement plans in the last six months.


The compensation range for this role is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
