Case Manager for Long-Term Care Assistance

in the Social Services Department, Social Assistance Division, for permanent employment. Two of the positions are available immediately, and one will be filled at a later date. The initial assignment will be on one of the three positions, with the possibility of being reassigned to another position within the overall administration based on qualifications. The weekly working hours are 39 hours, with the option for part-time employment. The department is located in Luckenwalde.
