YOUR TASKS

The International Supplier Fair (IZB) is Europe's largest trade fair for the automotive supplier industry and takes place every 2 years in Wolfsburg.

It is organized and carried out by MW GmbH, a wholly owned subsidiary of Messe Berlin GmbH.

The IZB has continuously increased its number of exhibitors and trade visitors year after year, allowing the fair to continuously expand its leading position in the industry.

You want to work in a results-oriented and efficient team at the Wolfsburg location (temporarily also in a mobile office) and focus on the following tasks in particular:
Planning, preparation, execution and follow-up of the International Supplier Fair (IZB) with relevant exhibitors and business partners (also online or hybrid)
Organization of (trade fair) project-specific processes including coordination of in-house processes and coordination of external service providers
Administrative tasks, such as order and invoice processing, ordering, inventory management, customer data maintenance, etc.
Support in the creation of market and competition analyses and development of new sales potentials in cooperation with the team and the Messe Berlin group of companies

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Professional requirements:

Commercial education (with a focus on event management desirable)
