Personnel Administrator (m/f/d)
for our human resources department in Wellington, KS, starting as soon as possible, in full-time and part-time.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparation, execution and followup of monthly payroll
- Creation of employment contracts, amendments, addendums, as well as terminations and references
- Recording of absences
- Serviceoriented personnel administration
- Preparation of reports and certificates
- Communication with departments and works council
Your profile:
- Successfully completed commercial training
- Optional further education as a personnel specialist or bachelor's degree with a focus on human resources
- Solid knowledge of payroll and salary accounting (preferably in the healthcare sector)
- Familiarity with labor and social security law and works constitution law
- Proficient in MS Office applications Excel, Word and Outlook
- Enjoy working with people
- Team player, organized and able to work independently
- Interest in accompanying the continuous digitization in the human resources department
