Personnel Administrator (m/f/d)
for our human resources department in Wellington, KS, starting as soon as possible, in full-time and part-time.


Responsibilities include:


  • Preparation, execution and followup of monthly payroll
  • Creation of employment contracts, amendments, addendums, as well as terminations and references
  • Recording of absences
  • Serviceoriented personnel administration
  • Preparation of reports and certificates
  • Communication with departments and works council

Your profile:


  • Successfully completed commercial training
  • Optional further education as a personnel specialist or bachelor's degree with a focus on human resources
  • Solid knowledge of payroll and salary accounting (preferably in the healthcare sector)
  • Familiarity with labor and social security law and works constitution law
  • Proficient in MS Office applications Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Enjoy working with people
  • Team player, organized and able to work independently
  • Interest in accompanying the continuous digitization in the human resources department
