We are looking for a dedicated caregiver (m/f/d) with a big heart for our patients to join our team at the Diaverum MVZ in Donnellson, IL.

This position is available immediately and can be filled either full-time (35 hours/week) or part-time (upon agreement).

We welcome both certified nursing assistants and medical assistants (m/f/d).

Responsibilities:

  • Specialized care and support for our dialysis patients
  • Planning, implementing, and documenting nursing care (nursing assessment, patient observation, medication administration, adjustment of dialysis parameters according to medical orders, management of complications, psychosocial support)
  • Point of contact for physicians, colleagues, patients, and their families

Qualifications:

What we expect from you:

  • Completed training as a registered nurse (m/f/d), certified nursing assistant (m/f/d), or medical assistant (m/f/d)
  • Experience in dialysis is desirable but not mandatory
  • Reliability, team spirit, dedication, and sensitivity
  • Fluent in German
