To strengthen our team at our location in Cologne, we are looking for a dedicated individual as Customer Advisor (m/f/d) in the office as soon as possible.

Your new role:

You act as an important link between our company and our customers, providing them with support across different insurance sectors (excluding motor insurance) both by phone and in writing

You independently carry out premium calculations, prepare offers and process applications

You also use your negotiation skills in discussions with insurers in business and claims processes, and carefully review insurance policies and documents

In order to meet the needs of our customers, you make contract changes and modifications of all kinds

With your customer-oriented approach, you also prepare annual meetings with enthusiasm and, if necessary, participate in them personally to actively shape the future of our partnerships
