Responsibilities:

  • You are a competent contact person for our caregivers and internal departments for all contractual and personnelrelated matters.
  • You handle all telephone and written HR correspondence for and with our caregivers with charm and also conduct telephone or personal feedback and performance and development discussions. In short, you are there to support and develop their employment relationship with doctari.
  • You reconcile the daily assignments of caregivers and monitor and keep track of maximum assignment duration, revolving door clause, and equal pay.
  • You know in which regions our caregivers want to be placed. When it comes to a first contract, you are the one who is there to answer any questions.
  • You proactively coordinate with the sales/mediation team regarding open positions.
  • You clarify any questions or uncertainties regarding billing in exchange with the billing team.
  • In more complex or sensitive cases, you closely coordinate with our legal department
