Your mission

Create a pleasant working environment for yourself and the rest of the team on site

Feel Good Management

Work with the People Team to plan regular on and offline events to actively integrate our remote employees
Work independently and support company processes from reception to meeting preparation to archiving
Coordinate anniversaries and birthdays
Your tasks also include preparatory (payroll) accounting in coordination with Nina and Daniela
Support the team in creating and tracking contracts and important documents
Process incoming invoices for preparation
