We are currently looking for a regional operations manager for the Alzey region.We are specialists in senior catering and cleaning services - with a big heart and a lot of passion. Our mission, drive, and pride is to enable seniors to have a good and self-determined life.
TOGETHER WITH YOU, WE WANT TO:
- take responsibility for the profitability, quality, staff, hygiene, and implementation of legal requirements in our operations
WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- several years of professional experience as an operations, kitchen, or housekeeping manager or in a similar position
- proficient in working with common computer systems
- practical and solution-oriented approach
- good communication skills on different levels
- ability to inspire our new employees for this wonderful task
- service and customer-oriented mindset within economic constraints
- flexibility and willingness to travel without overnight stays
