We are currently seeking a
HR specialist (m/f/d) to join our team in Cary, IL on a full-time basis through direct placement.

Your new responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for the entire HR department and will oversee approximately 60 employees
Other tasks include personnel development, employer branding, and personnel recruitment
You will be responsible for preparing payroll and salary statements and will be the point of contact for employees regarding all personnelrelated matters
Personnel administration and daily operations will also be part of your responsibilities, as well as correspondence with authorities and health insurance companies

Your qualifications:

Commercial education or degree
Several years of experience in the HR field, for example as an HR specialist, HR generalist (m/f/d), or similar
Good knowledge of MS Office
Team player with a structured and independent work style, as well as discretion
