Your responsibilities:
Shape the TRUMPF leadership development within our global Learning Community for Leaders.

Our Learning Community for Leaders stands for targeted, self-directed, and interactive learning - closely linked to the strategic direction of the TRUMPF Group.


  • Further development of the Learning Community for Leaders, taking into account company goals, TRUMPF competencies, and global needs
  • Tailoring proven modules and developing innovative learning formats and content (digital and inperson) for our leaders and potential leaders
  • Advancing our talent and potential leader processes
  • Managing external service providers and consultants in the field of Learning & Development products
  • Ensuring global implementation, including collaboration with international HR colleagues and advising on local learning and development needs

What we are looking for:

  • Successfully completed studies in psychology, adult education, or business administration with a focus on human resources, or equivalent experience
  • Extensive expertise and practical experience in leadership development. Additionally, expertise in relevant fields such as digital learning, agile work,
