To expand our team, we are currently seeking a responsible, pedagogically challenging, and fulfilling position as:

Early Childhood Education Consultant (m/f/d)

with a weekly workload of up to 30 hours. The contract will be permanent.

Since its founding in 1993, Kinderland has stood for family-friendly childcare. We promote early education for children aged 0 to 6 years in our kindergartens in the Bergisches Land region.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating, advising, and supporting kindergarten directors and the organization in all professional matters
  • Continuously accompanying kindergartens in systematic quality development and assurance of quality standards
  • Supporting facilities in developing their conceptual work and implementing the Kinderlandspecific profile
  • Facilitating and moderating team processes, encouraging and reflecting on pedagogical actions, and mediating conflicts
  • Providing individual counseling and conducting training sessions
  • Supporting the establishment, development, and management of new childcare centers and kindergartens.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in leadership in the field of early childhood education or a university degree (college, university) in early or social pedagogy, educational science
  • Professional experience in consulting is advantageous, but not required
  • Indepth knowledge of current topics in early childhood education and quality development
  • Social competence, communication and organizational skills
  • Proactivity and a structured, independent, and dedicated work style
