Your responsibilities:


  • With your work, you contribute to the proactive material security and production and report to the purchasing supervisor.
  • As a Purchasing Clerk, you participate in the selection of suppliers.
  • You provide support in negotiating prices and delivery and payment terms.
  • You place orders with international suppliers and are responsible for a fixed supplier base.
  • You monitor order confirmations and handle complaints.
  • You maintain product data in the JDE and PRMS inventory management systems.
  • You ensure close collaboration with the product development and bill of materials departments, as well as the receiving warehouse and accounting.
  • You use and adapt IT systems according to business needs.
  • You actively participate in procurement and innovation projects.

Your qualifications:


  • As a Purchasing Clerk, you have completed a commercial or logistics apprenticeship, ideally supplemented by a technical qualification.
  • Ideally, you have at least 3 years of experience in purchasing.
  • You have excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel, ideally JDE knowledge).
  • You can also demonstrate good English skills (B1).
  • You enjoy organizing and have
