Our goal is to solidify and expand our strong position, and for this we are currently seeking a Credit Processing Officer (m/f/d) to join our team in Noble, OK.

Your responsibilities:

You will primarily handle standardized and usually systemsupported business transactions in the credit business and respond to customer inquiries and inquiries from our cooperation partners (m/f/d)
You will participate in quality assurance measures and actively contribute to the continuous improvement process in your area of responsibility
You will adhere to established processes, quality standards, service levels, and regulations

Your profile:

You have practical knowledge in consumer credit business and professional experience in the financial industry
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have comparable qualifications
You have good user knowledge of market followup systems (TLF and BVB) and have basic knowledge of working with OSPlus / Credit
You are characterized by a high willingness to develop personally and a serviceoriented attitude, and you also work in a structured, responsible, and careful manner
You have a strong sense of quality and responsibility and are a resilient, flexible, and communicative team player
