Integration Assistance' is a facility of Katharina Kasper ViaNobis GmbH.

Our integration assistance for people with intellectual disabilities and autism is divided into six residential communities located in Gangelt, Geilenkirchen/Übach

Palenberg, Heinsberg, Hückelhoven, and Wegberg.

These communities offer various forms of housing, including special forms of housing and/or intensive supported living, supported living, day structures, and inclusive meeting points.

Our Gangelt residential community also specializes in the following areas:

living areas for people with challenging behavior (open or protected area), for people with autism spectrum disorder (open or protected area, as well as ambulatory supported living), and a residential home for people in the second half of their lives.

We are currently seeking qualified nursing professionals (m/f/d) for one of our above-mentioned locations in the Heinsberg district, with a workload of 50-100%.

Your responsibilities include providing educational support and assistance to individuals within the framework of the reference care system, with more time for individual needs.

You will also be responsible for client-centered communication and crisis and conflict intervention according to the PART model, promoting daily and social skills, and setting realistic goals in accordance with BEI_NRW.
