Head of Human Resources (m/f/d)

Starting immediately - Full-time - Permanent

The DRK District Association Herne and Wanne-Eickel e.
V. is one of 38 district associations in Westphalia-Lippe.

As a strong welfare organization and national aid society, we have been active in Herne and Wanne-Eickel for many years.

In the field of elderly care, we are the operator of three residential care facilities, a day care center, and a large outpatient nursing service.

Your tasks:
Independent handling of the entire personnel administration from entry to exit
Contact person for all payrollrelated matters for managers, employees, and external parties
Preparation of salary statements, planning/preparation/accompaniment/postprocessing of social security and wage tax audits, data analysis and evaluations for management and staff departments
Contract management (preparation of employment contracts, contract adjustments)
Maintenance of personnel master data in KIDICAP and management of personnel files
Preparation of certificates and evaluations
Your profile:
Completed training in the HR field or similar qualification
Commercial training, e.g. as an office management clerk (m/f/d)
