Marketing Department Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

Professional and disciplinary leadership and coordination of our marketing department in domestic and international markets

Tasks

  • Managing a team of 15 employees in areas such as marketing management, event management, office management, editing, web design, press work, videography, and SEM
  • Implementing and enforcing result-oriented work structures and routines
  • Personnel development of the team, including coaching, mentoring, and optimizing structural training processes
  • Organizing and controlling all areas and projects using our digital project and task management tool (Jira)
  • Developing and implementing target group-specific and country-specific marketing strategies, aligned with the company's long-term business plans
  • Direct reporting to the management and executive team

Guiding and supporting the team in:

  • Implementing our marketing activities in our international focus markets of Germany, Denmark, Sweden, and the Netherlands
  • Ensuring the constant updating and translation of all marketing materials and our websites (news, press releases, market graphics, manufacturer information, etc.)
