Commerz Building and Management GmbH is currently seeking a full-time or part-time Construction Project Manager/Architect/Civil Engineer (m/f/d) for our locations in Berlin, Eschborn, Essen, Hamburg, and Munich.

Your responsibilities in detail:

You will lead construction, renovation, and modernization projects nationwide.
You will be responsible for project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with stakeholders.
You will ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
You will manage and supervise external contractors and service providers.
You will report regularly on project progress to senior management.
You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our project management processes.
