Do you want to adjust your working hours to fit your life? You have the opportunity to work in the early shift from 4:00 am - 1:00 pm, the day shift, or the late shift from 3:00 pm - 12:00 am.

Your responsibilities include:


  • Dispatching timecritical special and direct shipments, as well as air freight replacement traffic
  • Processing transport orders
  • Working with the team to develop tailored transport solutions
  • Handling complaints
  • Consulting, supporting, and communicating with our customers
  • Procuring return loads
  • Monitoring transports for time and quality
  • Creating quotes and calculating prices
  • Being the point of contact for customers and carriers

What you bring:


  • Completed training as a freight forwarding and logistics specialist or a comparable commercial training or several years of experience in the field of truck dispatching
  • Experience in dispatching is a must
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus
