YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


As the Branch Manager (m/f/d) of our location, you will be the main point of contact for both our candidates and client companies.

You will advise and support them with our personnel services, with the goal of ensuring satisfaction for all parties involved.


  • You will recruit candidates through various channels and provide guidance and support as they navigate their way to a new position and potentially beyond.
  • You will lead and supervise your employees in project assignments and be responsible for scheduling.
  • You will provide reliable support to existing clients and impress them with tailored candidate proposals and service offerings.
  • You will acquire new clients and convince them of our customized personnel solutions.
  • You will be responsible for setting and achieving goals and budgets for your branch, and develop measures to reach these goals in coordination with your regional manager.
  • You will lead and motivate your internal team.
