Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and managing our construction sites in accordance with guidelines
  • Regularly checking the proper implementation of construction work
  • Expanding our Hamburg location, including our team of craftsmen and construction logistics
  • Coordinating and supervising subcontractors
  • Taking responsibility for construction execution in collaboration with management
  • Acting as a point of contact for the onsite team of craftsmen

Qualifications:

  • Completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a technical education with further training as a master (m/f/d)
  • Practical experience as a construction manager
  • Independent and structured work style, as well as teamwork, resilience, and initiative
  • Knowledge of applicable regulations (VOB / BGB, building regulations, and construction tolerances)
