Description
We are looking for a kitchen assistant (m/f/d) in part-time with 35 hours/week in Hokah, MN.Your tasks:
- Support and partial preparation of all meals, cold dishes, salads and drinks in accordance with the menu plan from our large kitchen
- Serving meals in the dining room for residents
- Consideration of individual resident requests
- Washing dishes with modern dishwashing technology
- Assistance and ensuring proper acceptance and storage of goods
- Proper handling, maintenance and care of all kitchen inventory
- Compliance with hygiene regulations and HACCP standards
- Availability on weekends and holidays
What you bring:
- Several years of professional experience in communal catering desirable
