  • You are responsible for achieving goals in the store and always keep an eye on the business metrics
  • Our customers are your top priority, and you offer individual solutions in serviceoriented sales and consultation conversations
  • You implement our sales routines excellently and ensure an exceptional customer experience with optimal processes in the store
  • You develop your store in the long term, implement local measures, and are an important contact person for the ENT doctors of our customers

Your profile:


  • You have successfully completed your training as a Hearing Aid Master (m/f/d)
  • You always act customeroriented and enjoy consultation and sales
  • You are characterized by strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and empathy
  • You enjoy working in a team and are committed to achieving common success
  • You are organized and bring high flexibility and a sense of responsibility
