Description

The qualified individual will need to have superior operational skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
As a producer, you must be self-motivated and organized with great follow-through skills and the ability to prioritize and manage complex organizational and executional issues.
Last year, we reached a peak of 3.5M DAU and we are looking for producer to help us reach 10M DAU.

OBJECTIVES
Build and own the product plan while overseeing development efforts, keeping product development on schedule, within budget, and hitting the games vision
Help manage the daily activities of the team and product to ensure timely execution with the highest quality
Consistently deliver well-thought out plans that lead to optimal results for the product and team
Create, manage, and track development budgets, including but not limited to outsourced support, services and localizations
Own and coordinate the product release cycle. Manage release for things as simple as internal team play tests to staged release and full release
Manage localization of the game and its related content
Continuously examine live operations KPIs and player feedback to gain actionable insights on player trends and behavior to improve game retention and monetization
Improve production processes so we can deliver updates with minimal bugs
COMPETENCIES
Ability to set deadlines and hold team members accountable for their deliverables
Strong time management, coordination, and work ethic required, with the ability to complete multiple concurrent tasks and manage multiple projects
Can mitigate problems before things arise and plan for solutions
Can breakdown complex plans down to their path and essential milestones
Excels at following up on task completion, identifying dependencies, and set priorities in order to meet deadlines
Ability to work well under pressure and independently look for ways to support and improve the team

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
2+ years experience in a production, project management or game design./li>
Experience of launching or managing a live, commercial F2P game
Experience with game development processes, live game services, and multiplayer games
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work
Prolonged period of time sitting at a desk and computer
