For our Medical Center in Spruce Pine, AL, we are currently seeking a

Director of Medical Center (m/f/d):

in a full-time, permanent position.


Your responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for managing and organizing the team of medical assistants, as well as ensuring proper billing of services to the health insurance association. You will report directly to the management and support them in their extensive tasks.
  • You will initiate, shape, and establish new processes.
  • You will promote and develop the quality of care in the field of medical assistants in collaboration with the medical colleagues.
  • You will coordinate and accompany projects and working groups.
  • You will contribute creatively with new ideas for the design and strategic development of our company.
  • You have a multiprofessional team understanding and enjoy working collaboratively and in a networked manner.

Your qualifications:

  • Several years of relevant professional experience in a crossfunctional management position or other experience in leading teams, or you are willing to take on this new responsibility and further qualify and expand your skills.
  • Completed further training as a specialist (m/f/d) for outpatient care or a comparable qualification.
  • A high level of patient orientation and enthusiasm with friendliness and empathy.
  • High motivation and willingness to continue education.
  • Excellent knowledge of using booking software.
  • Extensive experience in billing for statutory health insurance, private health insurance, and health insurance associations.
  • Processoriented thinking and team management skills.
