What to expect

The HOERBIGER Drive Technology division is a well-established manufacturer of switching elements for the automotive powertrain and offers high-performance products. In order to align the product portfolio with the future automotive market, a new product line for battery components has been launched.

As a software developer (m/f/d) for basic software in the E/E development of the central development department of the Automotive division, you actively shape the future of HOERBIGER by developing software for smart actuators in the field of battery systems, switching elements for electric powertrains, and hydraulic actuators. In detail, the following tasks await you:

Requirements analysis and responsibility for the conception and implementation of suitable software architectures and functions
Development of functions for smart actuators with wireless and wired communication interfaces, taking into account automotive standards and the state of the art
