We offer an apprenticeship as a IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d) at our locations in Hamburg, Berlin and Münster.

As an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d), you will analyze, plan and implement information and telecommunications systems. With your expertise, you will provide technical advice, support and training to customers and users. Typical areas of application for system administrators are data centers, networks and client/server systems.

What to expect during your apprenticeship:

· Configuration of information and telecommunications systems and their setup

· Planning, operation and administration of IT systems and networks

· Creation of system documentation

· Use of methods for planning, implementing and controlling IT projects

· Diagnosis and troubleshooting using expert and diagnostic systems

· Presentation of the system solution

· User advice and training

What you bring:

· Secondary school diploma or (technical) high school diploma

· You should be technically interested and familiar with computers

· You are fluent in German and have good English skills in spoken and written form
