Summary
The Cycle Counter plays an important role within the Grocery Logistics team.

The Cycle Counter releases and processes all paperwork for selection and invoicing for our Grocery Stores shipped out of the Elizabeth facility.

The Cycle Counter prepares paperwork, delivery receipts, invoices in order for Transportation to dispatch all of the daily loads. The Cycle Counter creates add-on's and make adjustments to store orders when necessary. This position reviews arrived and scheduled inbound deliveries, sets priorities to unload for receiving and communicates all changes to store orders with Operations


Essential Functions
The core functions of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Monitoring all open orders for all facilities
  • Create Addons and make adjustments to store orders when necessary
  • Reviewing problems with customer service or store orders
  • Downloading work to WMS to be selected by warehouse
  • Review daily inbounds, give priority unloads to Operations
  • Print and match documentation for payment authorized forms and PO receiving's sending to accounts payable.
  • Prints reports for Grocery warehouse
  • Prints labels, decollates and distributes orders to operations.
  • Prints store invoices and delivery receipts
  • Enters all warehouse scratches and creates store invoices
  • Daily phone contact with customer service on questions about billings and missing pallets
  • Maintain maintenance or printers
  • Printing and matching of all documentation for payment authorization forms and Po's.
  • Entering of all new items into
  • Photo copying of all new products

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required, some college a plus.
  • Must possess analytical, organizational and administrative skills.
  • PC literate with demonstrated data entry accuracy.
  • Knowledge of Wakefern computer systems a plus.
  • Knowledge with invoicing Printers, including routine maintenance.
  • Flexibility with regard to work schedule including: days, shifts, overtime, weekends and holidays.
  • Welldeveloped oral and written communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands

  • Ability to stand and sit for extended periods of time
  • Ability to reach, grasp, type on a keyboard, and perform repetitive motion procedures.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 lbs.

Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
