Description

We are looking for several students for the winter semester 2024/2025 (start date) to study for a Bachelor of Engineering (B. Eng.) (m/f/d) in the dual degree program in Civil Engineering at the international university in Hannover.

Our task as the state authority for road construction and traffic in Lower Saxony is, among other things, to plan, build, expand, maintain, and efficiently operate federal and state roads as well as a portion of county roads in a customer-oriented, safe, and professional manner.

What to expect / Course content:

7-semester integrated dual degree program
comprehensive basic knowledge with focuses on planning, design, construction, execution, and maintenance of structures in civil and structural engineering, traffic infrastructure, and other construction facilities
regular alternation between theory and practical phases
theoretical phases will take place at the international university in Hannover in the Civil Engineering program
practical training will be provided at the regional branch in Hannover of the Lower Saxony state authority for road construction and traffic

You have a higher education entrance qualification (Abitur, Fachabitur, Fachhochschulreife, master's degree, or completed vocational training with at least 3 years
