Description
Responsibility for own key accounts, building customer relationships including identifying customer needs, and generating leads Evaluating technical requirements and feasibility in collaboration with departments and sales team Creating offers including assumptions Negotiating based on customer requirements and test standards Pricing for offered services Attending customer meetings, presenting company portfolio, and creating offers based on customer requirements and test standards Documenting the entire sales cycle in the company's own system from initial customer contact to documenting customer meetings and tracking offers, including assessing the likelihood of closing deals Generating ideas and optimizing existing structures in collaboration with the team and supervisor Representing the company at trade fairs, conferences, and specialist events (including technical presentations)Qualifications Completed training or degree in engineering, industrial engineering, technical business administration, mechatronics, or a comparable field Ideally two or more years of professional experience in battery technology, TIC industry, e-mobility, or stationary energy storage or technical sales For optimal
practical experience in technical sales and customer support with a focus on technical feasibility analysis and offer negotiations Enjoyment of achieving success as a team and developing services Very strong communication and negotiation skills Teamwork, structured and independent work Negotiation skills in German and English
