Your tasks

  • Performing IMAC activities (Installation, Move, add, Change)
  • Configuration and installation of PCs, laptops and printers according to specifications
  • PC deliveries and image refueling under Windows 10
  • Wiring and setting up workstations
  • Conducting moves and rollouts
  • Documentation of orders in a ticket system
  • Onsite support and user support in the client area
  • Documentation of work, maintenance of checklists and recording of asset data
  • 1st level support by phone

Your qualification

  • At least one year of professional experience in the IT field
  • Experience in correctly cabling and connecting IT devices
  • Experience in performing technical steps according to specified processes
  • Good knowledge of at least
