Warehouse Logistics Team Leader (m/f/d) in Gardner, IL:

An exciting fulltime position with 40 hours per week (on 5 working days, Mondays to Saturdays)

Your delivery area:

You and your team are responsible for the timely preparation of deliveries to our customers
You are familiar with all tasks in your area, actively participate in daily warehouse operations, and set the direction for your team
You have an overview of your area, can plan your team efficiently, and can also fill in for other team leaders when needed
You assist with vehicle allocation, as well as inspections of load securing and vehicle defects

Your skills and qualifications:

You have a good sense for your team and inspire others with your open and respectful attitude
You demonstrate responsibility and high commitment
You work independently and contribute to the continuous improvement of your area
Ideally, you have some previous experience in logistics
It would be beneficial if you have a forklift license
