As a personnel service specialist, you offer customers all services related to personnel. This includes customer and employee acquisition, as well as the planning and organization of temporary workers.

Key Responsibilities

Communication and cooperation with business partners
Commercial management and control
Personnel acquisition and deployment
Order acquisition, recruiting, and disposition

The retraining for a personnel service specialist is carried out in a dual system.

The theoretical training takes place in Düsseldorf, and the practical part is completed through an internship at a training-authorized company.

You will be taught by experienced instructors. The retraining program lasts two years in full-time.
