The Department of Building Management for the city of Corte Madera is responsible for all tasks related to the construction, renovation, maintenance, and management of city-owned buildings.
We are currently seeking a motivated and responsible individual to fill the position of Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) in the area of Procurement and Budget Management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing procurement processes for fee proposals and construction contracts (VOB/A) in the areas of "New Construction" and "Building Maintenance". This includes publishing the prepared procurement documents on the NRW procurement marketplace and ensuring the entire procurement process is carried out in compliance with VOB/A, UVgO, or VgV, including contract issuance, procurement documentation, and reporting to the central procurement office for statistical purposes.
- Coordinating with project managers and department heads to reconcile and submit all budgetrelated lists received from the Department of Financial Management for budget monitoring, budget planning, and fund transfers.
- Monitoring all costs associated with construction projects
