*Your responsibilities: - You will be responsible for processing and handling exchange processes, repairs, and complaints

  • You will coordinate devices for technicians
  • You will create cost estimates and invoices
  • You will maintain the database for all incoming repairs and complaints
  • You will review service tickets for warranty claims and plausibility
  • You will communicate and provide support via email and phone with customers and dealers
  • You will be responsible for supplying our international logistics centers with devices for service exchange, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring delivery capability
  • You will process and complete repair reports for exchange devices
  • You will create delivery notes and enter tracking data
*Your qualifications: - Completed commercial or technical education

  • Ideally, previous experience in a similar role
