Job description:


We are looking for an educator (m/f/d) to join our new Flexi-Team in full-time or part-time (min. 30 hours) to support our two daycare centers in Rotenburg an der Fulda.

Our Flexi-Educators are an essential part of our child and youth services. They step in when daycare center staff are absent for a certain period of time due to family or career planning. This ensures that the children in our groups are well taken care of.


Your tasks with us

Support where needed: Together, we plan which daycare center you will support for a certain period of time.

Managing the daycare center routine: You are responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing daily activities as well as special (outdoor) activities.

Facilitating a trusting partnership with parents: Working together to support and challenge the child.
