We are currently seeking a Foreperson (m/f/d) for our headquarters in Altenstadt/Hessen, to start as soon as possible, for the production department (assembly). These are the challenges we offer:

  • You will be responsible for leading and supervising employees in your area of responsibility
  • Your tasks will also include independently organizing orders to be completed on time and with high quality
  • You will act as a liaison between the assembly and planning departments
  • You will also support and motivate employees
  • You will be responsible for developing employees and work methods

  • You have completed a technical or vocational training and/or have several years of professional experience in the mentioned area of responsibility
  • You are responsible and have experience in leading a team
  • You can identify problems, see them as a challenge, and try to solve them
  • You have good German and English skills
