Description

Our partner is currently seeking a full-time HR Administrator to join their team in Morgan City as soon as possible. Our partner company is one of the largest paper producers in Europe and is committed to modern and environmentally friendly production.

Your responsibilities

  • You will be the direct point of contact for employees regarding HR matters
  • You will handle payroll for employees working in shifts
  • You will be responsible for maintaining employee records and updating data in SAP HCM
  • You will also oversee onboarding, offboarding, and transfers as the responsible person

Your qualifications

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship
  • Ideally, you have several years of experience in HR
  • You are known for your discretion and reliability
  • You are proficient in MS Office and SAP
  • You have fluent German language skills
