Silver Creek supports people with disabilities and people with mental illness in leading self-determined lives. This includes assistance in everyday life as well as participation in social life, meeting points in the neighborhood, residential options, care, therapy, after-school care and educational opportunities.

The department for people with acquired brain injuries ("MeH") includes seven locations where approximately 200 people with neurological diseases, acquired brain injuries and complex disabilities live. They receive assistance services under the integration assistance, or if necessary, nursing services under the nursing care insurance, as well as an outpatient nursing service.

The Am Frankenberg residential group in Hamburg Harburg is just a stone's throw away from the Harburg mountains, and the bus stop "Am Frankenberg" (bus lines 14, 143, 443) is only about 100 meters away. Approximately 15 people with acquired brain injuries live here. Our users are individually supported and encouraged to experience equal participation in society, in their own homes, in their professional lives, and in the community.
