To be successful in this role you must possess:

BA or BS, in business, accounting, land use planning, real estate or related degree and/or equivalent, relevant work experience.
Several years working in tax credit, real estate, housing or affordable housing related field(s)
Proficient in Microsoft Office with mastery of Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to effectively communicate with business partners and external stakeholders, delivering information to audiences of all sizes in different forums.
Ability to make sound decisions and to enforce strict requirements while being challenged.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
A valid driver's license.

***- Deep understanding of IRC Section 42 and familiarity with ProLink

This position will report to our Innsbrook location in Glen Allen, VA
This position will close at midnight on 6/16/2024

Hiring Range:
$90,181-$117,234

A background and motor vehicle check will be performed as a condition of employment.
