Ensure compliance with our quality requirements for all suppliers.
Develop and implement quality policies and procedures.
Collaborate with supplier management and procurement to evaluate supplier performance.
Conduct quality planning in accordance with operational standards and IATF guidelines.
Identify and manage quality improvement projects.
Create and present reports on quality performance for strategic decision-making.

As our ideal candidate, you...

Have a degree in engineering, with a focus on manufacturing, production technology, or quality management.
Have several years of experience in a production environment, preferably in the semiconductor industry, with a proven track record in quality management.
Possess in-depth knowledge of quality planning and problem-solving techniques such as APQP, PPAP, QFD, 8D methodology, 5-Why, and Ishikawa.
Are willing to travel internationally.
Have fluent English skills, both written and spoken, to effectively operate in our international environment.
