THESE TASKS AWAIT YOU:

As a human resources officer at Home Instead, you play a key role in ensuring that all employees responsibly implement the Home Instead concept. You implement measures to recruit new caregivers and take on the following tasks:

  • You are responsible for applicant management
  • You conduct employee interviews
  • You organize training and further education opportunities
  • You design educational measures for caregivers
