Contract Management Specialist (m/f/d) - Liability Private Customers

SPECIALIZED - these are the tasks:
In the Contract Liability Private Customers department, you will support our friendly team in processing applications and contracts.

In particular, you will be involved in:

Application processing:

  • Review and processing of new and replacement applications
  • Conducting correspondence related to applications

Contract processing:

  • Processing of changes, such as new customer master data, inclusions and/or exclusions, tariff changes, broker changes, etc.
  • Responding to general inquiries
  • Analysis and rating of risks, such as creating quotes or special concepts
  • Processing and documenting agreed special and framework concepts
  • Administrative and archiving tasks
  • Sales offensive contract
