*Your tasks will include:
  • Challenging and diverse project work in the CRM environment at the interface between management, departments, and IT
  • Development and optimization of reports and analyses for our clients' marketing campaigns
  • Creation and monitoring of various KPIs for measuring success
  • Ensuring data quality through data checks and cleansing
  • Building bridges between data and management topics, explaining complex issues in a simple way, using data as an information source, and deriving recommendations for action
  • Opportunities to contribute to the development of data-driven marketing
*What you bring to the table:
  • Completed degree in business, computer science, mathematics, or a related field
  • First practical experience in data analysis in the CRM environment
  • Excellent knowledge of statistical methods and statistical analysis software (e.g. Tableau or Qlik)
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent German and English language skills
