For our office in Ten Sleep, WY, we are looking for a full-time employee starting on April 1st, 2023 or later to advise and support our high school programs.

HiCo Education specializes in student exchange and arranging school stays abroad.

As a High School Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for advising and supporting our participants before and during their year abroad.

You will be the main point of contact for students, parents, and also maintain communication with our partners and schools abroad, therefore excellent English skills are required for this position.


Your profile:


  • You enjoy direct and telephone contact with customers with the goal of inspiring parents and students about our programs
  • You remain friendly and calm even in stressful situations
  • You have an organized, goaloriented, and forwardthinking work style
  • You have strong communication skills and excellent verbal and written expression in both German and English
  • You are a team player, openminded, and motivated

Special skills that would be advantageous:

  • You have personal experience through your own stays abroad
  • Experience in social media
  • You enjoy working with our parents and students to find solutions
  • You have previous work experience in tourism, language travel, or event planning
  • You have knowledge of one of our target countries: Canada, USA, New Zealand, Ireland, UK, Spain, or Malta, and have possibly traveled there before
