    About the Job

    A Field Marketing Brand Ambassador at Connected International will have a crucial role in boosting growth in specific markets. The main responsibilities include supporting various activities such as product demonstrations, Budtender training, product seeding, account follow-ups, administrative tasks, store visits, merchandising, and event assistance, among other support duties.

    This diverse role calls for a proactive individual to ensure the effective implementation of marketing strategies. Candidates must be flexible to work weekends based on the job demands to achieve set objectives. The position offers a temporary contract spanning 4 months, with potential for extension based on performance and business requirements.

    What You Will Do
    • Participate in training sessions led by Team Leads or experienced Brand Ambassadors to stay updated with relevant skills.
    • Engage in Demos, Trainings, Events, Retail Installations, and Miscellaneous tasks.
    • Prepare for shifts, ensuring all necessary materials and products are readily available.
    • Support Retail merchandising with required materials and promotional items.
    • Collaborate with a team of Brand Ambassadors during event activations for collective success.
    • Assist in collecting post-event reports to assess stock levels and gather key insights.
    • Available for weekend shifts and additional support as necessary.
    • Contribute to organizational goals and maintain team morale to ensure effective execution of company promotions.
    What We Are Looking For
    • Preferably 1-2 years of experience in Field Marketing, ideally within the Cannabis sector.
    • Deep passion and understanding of cannabis.
    • Firm grasp of the retail landscape in California.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to nurture relationships with trade partners.
    • Capability to analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and suggest new trade marketing strategies.
    • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a high-paced environment.
    • Flexible to work non-traditional schedules, including evenings and weekends with days off mid-week.
    • Minimum age requirement of 21 years.
    Compensation Description (hourly):
    The hourly pay range for this role in the specified location is $25.00. Compensation may fluctuate based on factors such as qualifications, competencies, experience, and location.
