• Engage with customers at dispensaries, events, and other venues to promote Crème de Canna's brand and product line.
• Educate consumers on the unique qualities and benefits of our products, including strain profiles, consumption methods, and wellness properties.
• Conduct captivating product demonstrations and facilitate sampling sessions to showcase the excellence of Crème de Canna products.
• Cultivate strong relationships with dispensary personnel and customers to foster brand loyalty and drive sales.
• Gather valuable feedback and market insights to inform marketing strategies and product development efforts.
• Represent Crème de Canna with authenticity, professionalism, and compliance with local regulations.

• Genuine passion for cannabis and a deep understanding of the industry landscape.
• Exceptional communication skills and a talent for engaging with diverse audiences.
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively seek out opportunities to connect with customers.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various locations within San Diego.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• While previous experience in sales, customer service, or brand ambassador roles is preferred, it is not required.
