Your Responsibilities:


  • Administrative support for existing and new customers regarding product inquiries and complaints
  • Receiving and entering inquiries into the master database
  • Creating quotes and invoices and monitoring delivery dates
  • Managing the entire order process and monitoring deadlines
  • Written and verbal communication with customers and suppliers

Your Qualifications:


  • Completed commercial apprenticeship
  • Professional experience as an Order Processing Specialist (m/f/d)
  • Good written and verbal skills in German and English
  • Proficient in using common MS Office products
  • Strong communication skills and flexibility
  • Team player and able to handle stress
